Role - Lead Designer
New state-of-the-art services and amenities located in a historic downtown Louisville building. Indoor and outdoor fitness areas, group class and education spaces, massage rooms, meditation rooms, and locker rooms/showers with sauna and steam rooms.
A custom LED interactive technology wall responds to the movement of members passing by, reflecting the “pulse” of the fitness center.
Graphic instructions and words of motivation integrated throughout.
Conceived the concept for the overall design of the space.
Led the team during visioning, layout, design development, FF&E selection, and construction administration.
Worked with technical team to develop design details and construction documents.
Collaborated with experiential graphics team to integrate the client’s new brand into the built environment.
Work completed while employed at IA Interior Architects.
