Operations and Team Management:

Responsible for developing and executing studio growth strategies in collaboration with firm leadership.
Act as a liaison between clients, designers, and external partners.
Responsible for project workplans and weekly staffing. Ensuring that projects are completed within allotted hours for financial success and team is not over or understaffed.

Responsible for all phases of design from initial visioning and strategy through completion. Participant in strategy and implementation of proposal decks and pitch presentations.
