Operations and Team Management:

• Responsible for developing and executing studio growth strategies in collaboration with firm leadership.

• Act as a liaison between clients, designers, and external partners.

• Responsible for project staffing and ensuring that projects are completed within allotted hours for financial success.

• Created and implemented firm wide InDesign template to be used for all outgoing presentations across all service lines to promote consistency and efficiency between offices.

• “Champion” advocate to 5 junior and mid-level designers in Chicago and firm-wide mentor to 2 junior designers in San Francisco and Houston.

• Chicago representative for firm-wide IA Reach philanthropy and volunteer committee.

• Voted “2017 Rising Design Star” by Chicago DIFFA and design community members.
