• The CBRE Shared Services teams transitioned to a free address environment and consolidated two offices into a single showcase location with a technology-focused workplace experience that offers improved connections, collaboration, and services.

• To support a dynamic work environment that cultivated different points of view coming together, the design included a showpiece public space, known as the Heart and Rise, at the entry of the suite. Fostering interaction between employees from different departments, backgrounds, and experiences.

• Worked closely with corporate real estate and a local employee committee to infuse CBRE’s workplace standards with local character and culture.

• Responsible for overall concept, design execution, furniture, finish selections, and art selection.

• Managed a team of designers and technical staff to complete furniture RFP, design presentations, construction documents, construction administration, and art selection/staging,
